The hotel offers spacious rooms that are larger than typical for NYC, complete with flat-screen TVs and nice bathrooms. However, the room I received wasn't the one I booked. The presence of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms along with hotel slippers adds a touch of luxury that should be standard in all hotels.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and conveniently located near the gym, but the unexpected additional fees were a downside. The service was attentive and accommodating, especially for my handicapped daughter and her service dog. The prime location near main tourist spots was a major plus, but the dining options were overpriced for what they offered.
